Natalie McAndrew is an accomplished finance executive with over 20 years of experience in the life science industry, leading finance, accounting, and operational functions for early-stage, high-growth, and publicly traded companies. As a Managing Director at Danforth Health, she advises life sciences organizations on building and scaling finance operations, preparing for public offerings, and establishing strong corporate infrastructures. She has successfully led accounting and finance operations and supported S-1 preparations for multiple IPOs.

Prior to joining Danforth, Natalie was Head of Finance at Spark Therapeutics and for over six years managed the growth of the finance organization overseeing public company compliance, helped to raise more than $1 billion in capital from private and public financing and supported the accounting and commercialization of the first gene therapy product to reach the market. Prior to Spark, she held Controller positions at Renmatix and Tengion.

Natalie holds a BS in Accounting from King’s College and is a licensed CPA.
