Hilary Malone is an enterprise-wide, C-suite leader with over 25 years of experience in strategic and operational leadership in the biopharma industry, and at the intersection of data, computation, and biotech. She has held senior executive and Board positions in publicly traded, global pharmaceutical companies and start-up biotech.

Hilary previously served as CEO of Stylus Medicine (oncology) and Certego Therapeutics (psychiatry). Prior to her CEO appointments, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Valo Health, a Series B technology company; and Chief Regulatory Officer and Head, Global Regulatory Affairs for Sanofi, a global life sciences company. Her past experience also includes senior regulatory and drug development roles at Reata Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Wyeth, AstraZeneca, and GlaxoSmithKline.

She currently serves as an independent director on the Board of Hansa Biopharma, a commercial stage public company headquartered in Sweden.

Hilary holds a Ph.D. in Neuropharmacology and received her BS in Physiology and Pharmacology both from the University of Dundee. She was a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of California, San Francisco.
