Dr. Harpreet Singh is an industry-leading oncologist and demonstrated medical leader in precision medicine, novel trial design and innovative regulatory initiatives designed to expedite drug approvals.

Dr. Singh is Chief Medical Officer at Precision for Medicine, where she provides medical and scientific leadership for biomarker‑driven clinical development across oncology and rare diseases. Prior to joining Precision, she served in senior leadership roles at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), most recently as Director of the Division of Oncology. Her leadership at the FDA including oversight of multiple oncology and rare disease programs in a division that regulated drugs and biologics for the treatment of thoracic and head and neck malignancies, neurologic tumors, pediatric solid tumors and rare tumors.

A medical oncologist by training, she is widely recognized for her leadership in precision medicine, innovative clinical trial design, and regulatory science. While at the FDA, she spearheaded Project Pragmatica, a program to streamline clinical trial procedures and enhance patient centricity by integrating aspects of trials with real-world routine clinical practice and pragmatic design elements. In addition, Dr. Singh applied her large body of work in geriatrics as Associate Director for Cancer in Older Adults and Special Populations at the FDA Oncology Center of Excellence (OCE).

Dr. Singh is a frequent featured speaker at ASCO and AACR, and CDER technical authority on oncologic drug and biological products for thoracic and head and neck malignancies, neurologic tumors, pediatric solid tumors and rare tumors. She completed her medical training at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and was a fellow at the National Cancer Institute.
